Rhodes Realty has
built a strong asset management, marketing, accounting, legal,
banking, and information systems technology team.
This group provides our clients with our practical knowledge
in business planning and economic development both in New Orleans
and throughout the Gulf South.
At present, T. Rhodes Realty, Inc. manages several apartment
complexes, office buildings, condo associations and retail centers,
as well as the Ridgelake Office Suites, an Executive Suites
Business Center. The properties range from Baton Rouge to the
Covington Mandeville area, to New Orleans East and the Metairie
area.
Rhodes Realty has formed strategic
alliances with The MCC Group, a regional mechanical contractor.
Ridgelake Office Suites is a member of the Executive Suite Association.
